I only tried their side dish - Mash Potato @ $2.50 and am already very convinced that the food they serve are fresh from the kitchen! Spoke to the chef and I was right! The mash potato are made by the chefs themselves! It tastes so natural and slightly creamy cheesy that its such a delight! The chef explained that many of their customers could not understand why the wait for their food, and thats because its freshly prepared after the order! There is evidence of what he say - this freshly made potato still contains small chunks of potato not well mashed up.. ! But it suits me fine as this retains its natural texture. I simply love it hence it deserves recommendation! I suppose the other dishes would be worth the wait too! If you are near botanic gardens, check this stall out !
